We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@otofixshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Who pays for the return shipping?

You, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return was cause by our fault (such as, wrong item sent, defective product).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation

  • You can get a full refund if you make a cancellation before we send out your order. Usually, we will ship the package within 24 hours.
  • If your cancellation made after 24 hours, please contact our customer service first. You can easily get in touch with our customer service via email or any online contact method like WhatsApp. Once we confirm that your order has not been processed, you will get a full refund.
  • If your order is in transit, we are sorry to tell you we can not cancel your order, but you can return it if you don't wanna the package when you received it.

Refunds

Once your item is received by OTOFIXSHOP it will be inspected within 24-48 hours of its arrival and you will be notified that we have received your item. After the inspection process is complete, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 1-2 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
